No sane way to pay tolls

Hi

I've been trying to pay these tolls since December. The SANRAL website's functionality, allowing people to pay tolls online without opening an account, has been disabled. I have a trail of correspondence proving that I was in constant communication with SANRAL, asking them what had happened to this functionality and when we could expect it to be fixed.

Returning to work this week, and having access once again to full computer functionality, I went onto the VPC website, opened an account, and tried to pay all amounts owing. An amount of R120 or so showed as being payable. I paid this in full via my credit card (despite your website then telling me that I still owed 1 cent). Payment reference 1401257842.

You are now telling me that there is another amount owing? Which did not reflect as payable when I went onto the VPC site and tried to pay everything in full? I have not been on the highways this year, so this cannot be a new amount.

With all due respect, your system has some serious flaws, and I have no more time to waste trying to figure out how to actually pay these tolls. It will now be easier for your people to contact me directly with full details of all amounts alleged
