Poor quality

Dear Bokoma. My family of 4 all eat weet-bix every day and this morning my husband was most annoyed because he said the quality is not like it used to be. The 450g box seems to be of a thinner cardboard so it tore when he was trying to open it and he said the biscuits had dark bits in them which he said looked a bit suspect. I hate complaining about silly things but why cant we just get good quality anymore?
