Clingshield Guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.
We asked Klingshield to install Window Film on our downstairs Hobby room windows. The windows have burglar bars and due to this Klingshield asked for additional money as instillation is more complicated.
A week after instillation, the Window Film started to Bubble. A installer did come out to inspect the window and he claimed that who ever put in the Film did it incorrectly. I told the inspecting installer that it would be too much work to rip out the faulty film and they should give me a discount. I suggested the Extra I had to pay.
Well got a call from the owner of Klingshield and he said he does not give discounts. I said that on his Guarantee it said that Klingshield would give my money back. All I am asking is some discount. Well what happened next was not professional, he started hurling abuse at me over the phone. Some remark that I was a ''. Wow. What lovely after care service that is. People do not use Klingshield. Very un-professional. They out to make a buck only.
