Took my bmw 120i to have smash and grab window tint film installed on the windows. Waited a period of two weeks for the water to dry on the widows and saw that the windows had numerous marks on them that they were not drying as these were glue marks. Took it back and they replaced the film, later that day took it back to them and pointed out it was the same marks again but in differant places, they told me to wait thirty days. After thirty days marks were still there, they said they would replace the tint again, when i collected the car they had only replaced two as they said it was still showing the marks. I asked the owner if he could give me a refund so i could go somewhere else and he said no i can take him to court or do whatever. I took photos of the mess they made of my windows, then Riaan took my number and said he wants to find out the problem and get back to me. A week later i took my car to PG autoglass where they did a perfect job. After not hearing from Riaan after a month i showed him the car and asked him for a refund as it was his installers that were causing the problem and he refused, He has a very bad attitude, the refund amount is R1050, please help, thanks.
