During start of October 2013 an order was placed at SupportTrio [Email Removed] Amount of R1600.00 was paid via EFT. Up to date nothing was received. Numerious emails were send as well as phonecalls made. Everytime they say that ordrered stuf was despatched 28 October 2013. Order number 48582 Customer number 129088 Ticket Id 34736-6210121125. We dont want the ordered stuff anymore and asked them for backpayment of money, but they refuse. I would like your help to get my money back please.
