I haven't paid my TV licence in the prior year, SABC then sent VVM Debt Collectors to collect the money on their behalf, which i am comfortable with made an arrangement to pay this agency an amount of R100 on a monthly basis however my biggest challenge is that i never get any monthly statements from this company or SABC showing me how far i am with the arrangement.
I am worried as this could be a or just pure bad service from both service providers
