Went to the salon to ask if my hair could be lightened to a picture I brought in.
The woman said it would be a little darker so I booked for the next day.
When I asked her, I confirmed that my whole head would be lighter, she agreed.
I came in and she started, only doing half my head, when I queried this she said it is the best way to to do it.
I reluctantly allowed it as I trusted her.
She then put the colour on to which she only put on what she lightened. Not even on my roots!!!
I questioned her and said she can do the roots for an extra cost. I was gob smacked!
I asked how she can't do my re-growth and she said she has done this many times before etc etc.
Needless to say I don't have the product I want and still had to pay.
Will NEVER go back there again!
