Did anyone receive their refund or know how these people can be traced or get hold of??
I also bid on a camera, still haven't received it a month later because they are waiting for my ID and a letter to state that i give them permission to deduct money from my credit card. I will definately not give that docs cos they already ripped me of R687 for membership and the camera, membership which automatically i "agreed" to by paying for the camera.
Now they won't refund my money because according to them i used the membership benefits, which i did not, some ing online bid agent bid on my behalf which i did not know of or asked for it but aparently it comes with the membership and the bids were usually @ like 2 or 3 in the flippen morning.
