I've recently started using Isabella Garcia after a friend recommended it to me. I found that it was the only product that really worked on my skin, what with living in the sunny South Africa, and being constantly out doing sports in my free time or when I'm pulling 16 hour days.
Since I work in a highly professional environment, I expect that from service providers. I did my budgeting for next year and realised that I would need new skincare products next year, so decided to go for the hamper option at Isabella Garcia. I have been in contact with Fefe Khemese to try out the starter pack, so I just emailed her to place the order. Their policy in December is that if you order after the 5th, you will only receive it in the second week of January 2014. I don't particularly have a problem with that, as all delivery times are tight around Christmas. So I just asked her to deliver it only after the 7th of Jan, since that would be when I will be back from leave. She, however, organised to have it delivered to me the following day in the morning, a considerable amount of time before I would leave the office.
I am very happy with the hamper and with the service! Thanks for the effort!
