I booked and paid 10k upfront to get a half sleeve done by Nina the artist at zen ink. They record everything on camera during consultations and I admit I said I would be able to make every Wednesday to do a session depending on a shifts as I work at a restaurant and my shifts constantly change. They were more than happy to accommodate me as they wanted my money. As soon as I canceled appointments, 2 to be exact, they refused to fit me in, either they weren't open or had some function for their kid to go to. When I try make appointments I get told they can only see me in Feb 2014 as they fully booked and ironically my friend was able to book with them. This business is all about the money and covering themselves which clearly shows they've ripped people off before. I'm now told they loosing money because of me yet they so busy and they will refund me my money that wasn't used but first take off the money for this week's appointment that I cancelled 3 days before. They just want money and once you've paid them you. Be warned! Don't let their big mouths and big ego's fool you.
