I would like to thank Wendy Factory for supplying me with the Doll House which was delivered on the date we had agreed on, the entire service starting from the call centre when i called to enquire about the product they (Caraigne-Sales Lady) were very efficient and she showed product knowledge and she gave me timeous advice.
I am very happy with everything. The installation was completed on the same day, i did not have to follow up with them, they kept their promise. There are very few companies out there who still have such culture of responsibility, great customer focus and i am very passionate about customer service myself and this company's service was above my expectations, if i would buy another Wendy house in future i would definately use their services.
