ITC listed payments not updated.. acc handed over

Good day

You guys have written my account off as a bad debt, sold my account to credit worx... you have not updated payments from 2011 - 2013 yet still have a nerve to tell me I have a balance far more than the actual written off...

You refuse to send me a statement with all updated payments and still have a nerve to get the attorneys to call me...
