We hired Nicci Morris from Nicolette Weddings to plan our wedding for us in Cape Town as we are from JHB. She seemed great from the outset, but when we planned a trip down to view venues, Nicci merely set up a the appointments instead of taking us through them and didn't even plan to meet with us. We eventually managed to squeeze in a meeting with her, after having to go to her premises. When we returned home, she delayed in acquiring further service provider information, missing important information that had been provided by the venue and only sent emails with basic information. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and explained our dissatisfaction hoping she would resolve the issues. She merely replied via email in a defensive manner claiming she was too busy with current weddings and treated me as her staff member, stating that I needed to keep her in the loop. We kindly requested to cancel her services and obtain a detailed invoice so that we were refunded a partial deposit and provide her what she was owed. She simply refused and is to this point ignoring any peaceful pleads to amend the situation. I would not recommend her to any bride due to her lack of business ethics.
