My wife bought a pair of Comfy Pedic slippers (size Medium) from Game George. When I tried it on at home I felt it was too tight. So a week later with slippers and receipt in hand I went to fit the Large, but this was definitely too big so I decided to keep the medium. I left the store for other business and also left the slippers (still unworn in original packaging) and the original reciept with the wife and kids. At the till the kids let the slippers through and I ended up paying twice for the same slippers. A week later I went back to Game and explained the situation, with both receipts in hand and the returns team were very helpful and understanding. They called the Homemark person to do a stock count and they confirmed that the inventory should be 18 in stock but there were actually 19 pairs on the rack in store. Meaning that I DID pay twice for the same article and my money was promptly returned. They did not make me feel like a or uncomfortable as at other stores if this type of thing happens and a mention here is warranted - that's why I always buy at Game
