Stor-age debited my account for R1450 out of the blue on Tuesday after I haven't had a contract with them for over 2 years. I spoke to John and he promised the money will be back in my account on Friday the 6th of December. After hearing nothing from them, he left a message on my phone saying that the money can not be deposited today, but only after ANOTHER 4 DAYS. I spoke to the head office in Cape Town and to another Afrikaans guy in the West Rand office with a terrible attitude, telling me that this is what is going to happen whether I like it or not. This is my money that you unlawfully took out of my account!!! And that is your attitude!
