Item stuck at Johannesburg Int Mail Centre (HUB)

Tracking number: II291367367ZA

Have an incoming parcel that was received and scanned in Johannesburg on 17/11/2013.
The parcel tracking has only 2 lines, and line 1 updates everyday to the day's date and time, but it does not progress any where, it stays at JIMC (HUB).

Mailed support today and was told that the item is scheduled for delivery today, and the driver would be Patrick (not sure how that helps).
Item line updated again at 17:01 and it is still at JIMC (HUB).
