I recently terminated my contract with Rent a Store as we didn't need the space any longer. I had paid upfront but wasn't expecting a refund as I had cancelled without any notice. I never felt that they were upset that I was cancelling and Andrea offered a refund on the money paid upfront

The facilities are also really nice and secure
