I took my car in for a service on 2nd August at Hyundai Midrand. The reception service was fantastic; they gave me a lunch bag with a muffin, juice, and cereal bar, which I thought was fantastic being that I had left home extra early in the morning. However the problems began when I fetched my car. On the phone they quoted me R4800 but when I got there the invoice was over R5100 and there were things done that I didn't agree to. I was able to pay what I was quoted for telephonically but then Viccus had to re-invoice me and said his driver would deliver it to me on Monday 5th August. He also kept my service book. It is now the 8th and I am still waiting for my invoice and service book to be returned to me. I have been calling every day and was told I would get it the next day and the next. Irritated!!!
