30 days of no service and bad attitude

Eskom Mokopane branch has the poorest service delivery and horrible attitude. The Eskom call centre agent Niphiwe/Moses referred us to Eskom's offices in Mokopane 76 Thabo Mbeki, Old Mutual Offices 015 491 2978. Juanita answered the phone and sent us through to an uncouthed Mashiyane and his service was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful to the purpose of the call. The purpose of the call was to inquire why were the services we paid for delayed? and when can we expect service delivery in our area of Bakenberg and Pudiakgopa? Seeing that they are 39 days behind the promised date, that they set on the actual date of agreement. Mashiyane's attitude at Eskom's office was startling and very cheeky, churlish to be blunt about it. Whenever Eskom Mokopane decides grace us with their majestic presence in the area of Bakenberg and Pudiakgopa, could they please move the metered electric box we paid them to move 39 days ago: The reference number is 105735046
