Townhouse Pools installed a swimming pool on my property.
Townhouse Pools is owned by Barry who also owns Poly Phoenix Pools. Barry is also the Partner Owner of the Franchise Townhouse Pools. Anthony Wessels is the franchisee who operates in the Johannesburg Area.
The cost of 10 visits, two pool pumps that have burnt out, is due to Townhouse pools allowing the electrical sub-contractors - subcontractor to illegally and dangerously install the electrics into a spliced wire and into the back of a plug. The staff from top to bottom have been rude, abrasive and surly when trying to solve the query.
After a myriad of issues I am still without a pool pump, still paying for the damage to the electrical fence and the electric gate mechanism. And still very far away from a simple 'sorry' for all the issues.
Very friendly and sweet till you have paid your deposit - after that it is an uphill battle to get any support. I was threatened and told that I - but each person shown the evidence of their mistakes agreed on the issues and passed the buck to someone else.
My last gripe is at all South African suppliers of Kitchens, driveways etc - why do the job 3 times and not right 1 time
