I worked for Standard Bank Debt Review under Kelly (Agency) for five (5) years as a temporary employee and resigned on the 20 Sep 2013 due to a permanent post to different company.
I serverd the notice as requested and we were in agreement that my leave days will be paid out in full on the next pay cycle which was 25 Oct 2013. They did not leave up to the promise and i had to make contact with them to find out what was the problem. I sent an sms to Lesego Rapoo (Account Executive Kelly) and later phoned her advising that i was not paid. She told me that i will get my leave days money the next cycle period 22 Nov 2013.
On the 18 Nov 2013 i sent her an sms as a reminder of my leave days to be paid on the date she promised which was 22 Nov 2013, i called her on that same day (pay day) 22 Nov 2013 and she said the money will be paid in the following day as she assured me. Till to date the money hasn't been paid out and i called her again today and she advised me they are working on the matter.
I am really frustrated with the service i'm getting from them and after five (5) years of working for them and this is how they pay me back? i have to beg for my money?
