I purchased a freezer and payed deliver charges, their delivery guy arrived without a second person to carry and my wife had to help carry the freezer up three flights of stairs, I was out and when I heard about this I called Groovie pawnshop to speak to Deon the owner but was refused to speak to him, I mailed them about three times and eventually three days later Lita, Deons wife called me. No voice was raised to her in any way but she had an attitude saying that she is not responsible to what the delivery guys do or don't do she further said she often carrys furniture in the shop which I really doubt. She just generally had a very bad attitude to me and as I said no voices were raised but she refused to listen to my complaint and put the tel down. The guy that delivered the freezer later called me and apologized which I accepted, but he said that Lita is well known for her arrogance and says that she has always been like that. When I originally called I was very angry and became even more angry when noone called me to addres my complaint, in my opinion if someone represents you and upsets your customers you are obliged to at least listen to the customer. Lita has a very closed view.
