The technician Jacques Grunfeld collected a Vinyl Cutter to repair the Vacuum and the Tight Pinch on the rollers. a Few day later he phone to ask if he should service the machine anyway, but he could not get it problems solved. Obviously its useless to service the cutter then and asked him to rather return it. He refused to return it and said i must collect is myself. Eventually they dropped it off at one of my opposition companies in town. The Cutter does not even work at this stage... The vacuum still does not work, they broke a pinch roller (R600) and worst of all... now when you switch on the cutter, the rollers starts running and does not stop. Atleast it was working before... now I can not use it at all!!!
I have to warn you not to let these people change or work on any of your printing and cutting machines!!!
