Bought new CNC Router and got very poor service

After buying a CNC Router Machine from Munro Machinery in June 2013, it was delivered here in sub standard crating in October 2013- in pieces, with sub standard paintwork on the machine over badly corroded steel. 1. They came to assemble the machine without proper tools, we had to supply tools!! Assemble is what they did, you cannot call it commission!! 2.Then we found out the software that came with the machine is illegal - no licence. The software were confiscated a week after the machine was delivered. It is like having a new car with no steering wheel!! 3.The serial# on the invoice for the bank differs from the machine that was delivered. 4. After spending one frustrating month on the machine trying to commission it ourselves, making alterations, paying technicians we had one day (yesterday) of production out of the machine! Today the machine has a breakdown, no production... waiting for our technician - again!! 5.Phone calls were made and also emails sent, and we cannot get proper support from Kirsty Munro just that we need to speak to the manufacturer... HAVE YOU EVER...??? Munro Machines did not meet our expectations at all. Our production took a very bad knock.
