On Saturday the 09th of November I went to the post office to post some clothes to Mount Frere and I was assisted by PAULINA MALEDI who was very impatient and told me to be fast AS SHE wanted to go home yet I stood on the queu for 20 minutes. I chose the speed service option and paid R140 as my luggage had exeeded 1kg. The recipient went to collect the goods on Tuesday the 12th November and was told that the parcel had not arrived.
I then called Braamfontein branch and spoke to Paulina who said she was going to track it and come back to me, up until today I am still waiting for her call. I mean really PAULINA, U DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, U DISSAPPOINT ME AND U RUIN THE REPUTATION OF A GREAT COMPANY WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE.
