Booked 5 tickets to the Beerfest at Newlands Brewery and the transaction went through my credit card and no booking was made- website said to redo. I emailed support as I was worried that it had reflected on my credit card already. A very grumpy and unapologetic support person called (made me feel like he was doing me a favour) and then went on to book the incorrect time slot. I left message on their unanswered support line and got no response to my email. Just received one back saying case closed - shocking service...
I had a similar experience last year with a booking to the Parlatones concert (I ended up running around trying to fix a booking problem)
This is the first time I have ever reported a company - if you want to play in the big league, then you need the systems/ support to go along with it
