Costa and his team have been first rate in answering a myriad of questions that I had leading up to our things being collected and packed today in our 'cube.' I compared quite a few companies and chose Storage Cube because we see our things being loaded, we keep the key to all our goods, and there is no possibility of things being moved from truck to storage and being mis-placed. Prices were great. Responsiveness to questions was excellent (usually no more than 2 hours). And today, the guys who came to pack the cube gave us a one hour notice, then again 10 minutes out. The team of 3 guys arrived and loaded and locked the cube and were on their way within 40 minutes. Very timely, very polite. And within an hour of their leaving, we received an SMS verifying that our cube was entered into the system for tracking purposes. I'll write again once everything gets delivered - but for service so far - we couldn't be happier.
