After seeing an advert in a newspaper about couches, i though to myself why not check them out, they are 5 min drive from my house, but the arrogance and egotism we got from the guy in Randburg branch was out of this world, we decided to try another branch, and the guy called Mervin, did not only told my wife he's gonna wait for her even after closing hours, the guy send her an sms, advising her that they will close at 19:00 just to wait for us, he bend backwards and promised for the very next day delivery, Our phone never stopped ringing, with Mervin updating us with every step until our couches were delivered. Legendary Henry Ford once said "It is not the employer who pays the wages. Employers only handle the money. It is the customer who pays the wages." Thank you so much much guys.
