I just ported to CellC 10 days ago. I loaded R300 airtime. I have noticed that the airtime was diminishing very quickly, without even making much calls. I contacted cellc, and was told I have been getting billed by Smart at R20/day!!!
I never subscribed to anything!! This is taking daylight to a new level snd the service provider simply allow snd find it acceptable. Judging from the rest of the complaints, this is a common problem. We cannot be held ransome to these unethical companies!
STS, I have requested to be unsubscrbed (which I didnt subscribe initially). AND REFUND MY MONEY!!! This is totaly unacceptable!
