We paid our deposit and agreed on the jungle gym that would be installed in our yard. The first day they installed we noticed mistakes and called him to fix it. We had to call them back 4 times and mistakes included swings that was not fitted correctly and was skew. A slide that looked second hand and was not up to standard. The firemans pole was not fitted correctly as advertised and they did not deliver everything as advertised. We calmly and professionaly gave them change after change to correct their mistakes. Farrell did admitted in the beginning that the work was not up to his standard but we still had to call them back everytime to correct everything. Photo's was taken as proof and numerous sms's and phone calls was made. The last time they did not came in the time that was arranged on, climbed over our gate after we locked it for security reasons and damaged our lock. I called him and very nicely explained and asked if it was indeed them. He accused me that we are looking for excuses not to pay, I completely lost my temper after 3 weeks of being patient and put the phone down. At a previous time he accused me of having high standards and beign his first dificult client.
