I place an order with Cupfurn, in October 2012, initially we could not agree on the exact design etc, but we then agree that certain furniture items would be manufactured and delivered. Mr Russouw started making excuses from the start about the delivery dates. Eventually 10 cabinets were delivered but was made very poorly. I contacted Louis numerous times to resolve the matter, he refused to pay the money I paid as a deposit to him (R63780.00) I then engaged attorneys who obtained a Judgement against this supplier on 17/10/2013 . Louis Russouw still did not respond. I sent him an email to offer a hand of friendship and also to try to resolve this matter even though I obtained a Judgement. He did not reply - I am now taking further legal action
