I am annoyed by your call centre agents with bad attitudes calling me to pay this years tv licence which I have in april. Do u not update your records when we pay!!! What are u recording calls for if people keep calling about the same thing? I have sent prove of payment numerous times and I will not send it again because I paid. You must sort this out its irritating!!! Stop calling me. Give back my money so I can pay again if u can't do your job.
