Dear Sir,
I have paid my TV Licence up to date, the SABC stated that I have not paid year 2000 and 2007.
They have accumulated Penalties to the tune of R1377.00 on amounts that have been paid, this is due to incompetence and the lack of keeping proper records.
I am trying to by a new TV but this error is causing problems, I have provided proof of Payment for 2000 and 2007, the years that they disputed, they have confirmed all other payments from 1998-2012/2013
This matter was never resolved after many phone calls form debt collectors and explaining the situation.
I would like my account credited and my name cleared once and for all.
The fact is I am paid up in FULL and have at least 15 years of Payment receipts to prove it.
I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible
