We bought 10 packs of their 6 liter boxes on the 25th August 2013 - all with the expiry date in 2014. The milk was off and we contacted to inform them about it.
1. We had to leave a message for customer services to return our call.
2. They promised that they would replace the milk, provided that we keep some of the open, sour milk for them.
3. I have 10 boxes of open sour milk standing in my garage now for more than 2 months.
4. They make arrangements to uplift it and bring us more stock, but then do not show up.
5. They are not keeping their promises.
6. I think that I should publish it everywhere so that people would know not to expect anything from the "customer service".
