Camry scales - Misleading Packaging

I purchased Camry scales specifically because they claim to work in both metric and imperial units. This claim is made on the packaging and in the instruction leaflet. A very patient shop assistant tested all the 4 models of Camry they stocked and none of them could convert the units. They even dismantled one model that claimed units would be converted at a touch of the button and found there was nothing at all under the button so pressing it was completely useless. Unfortunately Camry do not say on their packaging or product where they are manufactured or provide any details of where you can complain so I put South Africa as country of manufacture because this is where I purchased my scales.
