I returned a set of scales which failed to convert measurement units from metric to imperial despite claim to do so on packaging and instruction leaflet. Staff at the shop tested every model of scales they sold and even dismantled one set that claimed to convert units at a touch of the button. Alas they could get any of them to work properly but well done to the staff for trying so hard.
