Some time ago [it could even be a year or longer], I informed Indigo Brands regarding a defect to the spray nozzles on their 90 ml Hoity Toity Body Sprays. At the time, my wife purchased 3 successive body spays of which the white plastic insert [which forms the spray nozzle] blows out [with quite some force] of the black plastic cap during use. Admittedly they were very quick to replace the faulty units, promising also to look into this defect. Now again, after much time has passed, my wife has again purchase 3 of the very same body sprays of which the spray nozzle insert has blown out. In all fairness to them, I posted a complaint on their website yesterday to bring this to their attention one more time, but very sadly, I have not even received a response to my complaint. It would appear also that they do not consider the problem serious enough to actually do something about it [as I find myself raising the same issue once again a year later]. Perhaps when a consumer suffers some serious eye trauma from being hit in the eye by this piece of plastic and launches a massive civil claim against them, maybe THEN they take this seriously and actually do something about this defect!
