This is now the 2nd time that I buy the Tresemme heat defense that the actual thing that sprays the hairspray is faulty. The nozzle comes right off the bottle.
I pay close to R70 for the heairspray and now I've got a full bottle that I can't use as the entire contents has leaked out into my cupboard.
I am a huge fan of Tresemme I use a lot of Tresemme's products and I really think this is unacceptable.
I pay a lot of money and would like to get a product that works.
I have tried to contact your customer care line, but it remains engaged.
