Good day.
The branch in JHB central has been nothing but a disappointment to me over the past few days. I have been meaning to pay my disc only to find some sort of excuse after the other. I find this extremely appalling. How can such an organization only have one person working on the license department and whenever she wants to take lunch then we are left inconvenience and having to run around all over town to fit into her schedule.
I need this matter addressed and a plan of action done about this, the least you guys can do is have a notice on the internet or outside your offices who and when will that individual be on lunch or tea so we can then take proper steps or measurements prior to ME wasting my time.
And to top it off these staff that decide not to be back on time we now have to wait even longer for what this rubbish service...
