I recently purchased a golf 5 GTI from mercity in Mayfair a sales person by the name of kash sold the vehicle to me. I called regarding another gti when she then told me there is another on her floor that I might be interested in cause it had all the features so I decided to go for that one.
after buying the car I found that it had numerous faults. I was not aware of that.
after getting my lawyer involved they agreed to sort the problems out. after 2 weeks I still have no answers as to whats going on. ive got to always follow up on it. there after sales service stinks I advise that you keep this company in mind when buying a car. im still waiting today to get answers and still nothing.
