I delivered 147kg of my new home curtaining to dry clean - 80% of then came back with melted linings? Some of them still have soap residue in them? They explained to me that IF the lining was SUN PERISHED, it could get damaged and that my some fabrics could shrink. I understood that sun perished, they could crack, but my blockout innings have been melted. Some obviously folded while hot are now stuck together?
My opinion is that they are a HUGE dry cleaning company doing jobs for hotels etc, surely they should have thought before applying their chemicals etc. Do you want to tell me that hotel curtains have no block out fabric?? Or simply not taken on the job?
Now all I am asking for is that a representative comes to my home to see the damage & investigate. But they have been so rude & are basically are taking no responsibility?
I have delt with an employee named Milan - very rude and put phone down on me. Today I supposedly spoke to the Operating Manager; Mr Keeshan - same rude result.
As a CUSTOMER, all I am asking for, is for them to come here and see & then we take it from there. A good explanation and apology would be great too. Not the treatment I am receiving from them?
