I took my expensive custom made curtains in for cleaning at Executailors in Morningside Shopping Center Sandton. After a delay in returning my curtains, it eventually came back badly damaged (shrunk, creased, stained, torn linings). Gave the manger Sol an opportunity to rectify the damages. He took the curtains in for stitching and returned it with only the hemline dropped and very bad workmanship. Since then he does not return my calls or messages. Executailors are an inexperienced outfit, be aware of using them. I have never had such experiences at other dry cleaners who have been in the business for a long time. To date I have not had a refund of my money and I am left with damaged goods. further action will be taken against them.
