UNPAID DEBT

I wish to advise that any dealings with Mike Hartley of Kidzbagz or Wild Woofy car products should be avoided.
We are a Non profit Organisations in Bothas HIll and assisted this man in production of his goods for sale over a period of approx two years.
Our policy has always been C O D but we allowed some grace because of the working relationship we had with Mr Hartley and now regret this.
He owes us for work done from the period May/June 2012 and before the sum outstanding being R5582.00.
Numerous promises of payment have been made over the past year and none have been kept.
He is now continuing his business with one of the sewers we provided for him at his home premises.
I find this practice very unethical and considering we are a NPO and survive on donations and hard work this kind of practice has to be stopped.
