Bentleys Dog food advertise that if you order before 12 o'clock you will get your order delivered the day after. I ordered some pet food on the 17th January 13 and asked for delivery on 22nd Jan 13. I paid for my order as well as delivery costs that is determined on the web page. On the actual delivery date I received a call to let me know that they won't be able to deliver the order that day because I was not in the delivery area, the order was supposed to be stopped on the web page but because there was a "flaw" on the page my order did go through. Jonathan promised to make a plan and will get back to me. On the 23rd Jan I phoned them to ask what is happening with my order or they must just pay my money back. They promised delivery the next day which is now a week later already!! The next day I received a e-mail to tell me they not going to deliver and will pay my money back. Today 28 Jan 13 and almost 2 weeks later I still haven't received my order and my money is still not paid back into my account! Why must I keep on phoning and ask for service while they make all these promises on their advertisements? I'm really dissapointed and frustated with the service received from them!
