I purchased a City Slicker voucher for Carpet Cleaning of 2 rooms and booked with Tanya on 5/1/13 between 10h00 and 12h00. I phoned Tanya at 11h30 asking if they were still coming and she stated that her staff was on the way. Arriving at 12h40 the 2 cleaners spent 20 min cleaning the carpets which they left soaking wet with their so called steam cleaning technique. What upset me was that her cleaners BASHED PLASTERING ON MY WALL with their 3 wheel machine missing the 4th wheel which they supported with an ash brick which left debris all over. I made the 2 cleaners aware of the damages. I phoned Tanya reporting the damages and my dissatisfaction on the soaking wet carpet which I was told would dry in 6-8 hrs if I leave my windows open and switch on my fan. Tanya responded by screaming at me saying that I'm unhappy about everything and she will send back her workers to fix the wall on 12/1/13.
I phoned Tanya on 14/3/13 advising it is 10 weeks later and my wall is not fixed. She said she thought it was sorted and will phone me later on the day after consulting with her workers. It is a week later and I have not heard from Tanya, they have the poorest work ethic and customer service.
