We were on a week's stay at Mount Amanzi from 21 - 28 December 2012. The resort offers cleaning services (the cleaners has keys to your challet). On the day of the incident, I left a bag with my son's mp3 player in a specific way to see if someone fiddled with it. When we returned to the challet, I noticed someone did fiddle with the bag. I reported and their answer was that the cleaner moved the bag to clean and that she has been in their service for many years and is therefore trustworthy.
Later that day my daugter wanted to play with her Lalaloopsy-dolls and two dolls were missing from a tin container my wife packed them in specifically for the holiday.
I told my daughter that we need to see if the two dolls were not mistakingly left on her desk when my wife packed them in the tin container.
Upon our return to our home, we immediately looked for the two dolls and they were not "forgotten" on her desk which means they were also packed into the tin with the others dolls. I phoned the resort Manager Antoinette du Toit whom promissed to get back to me. She did call me back to say that a temp was the cleaner. a Month later I called and Antoinette just say sorry, it is our loss!
