After numerous complaints of an E4 error on the Geyserwise system and confirming its neither electrical not plumbing related we are now told that we do not close a certain tap correctly in our home and therefore are causing the Geyserwise system to malfunction!!!
Of course if we want a new system it will be at our cost- with no other explanation. And then we are told that the solar department has moved without any communication beforehand
Izinga access solar help desk keeps you on hold forever and no mention of what happens to our 10 maintenance plan.
And the best part we now have a new error E9!!!
