NUVIDA - VERY BAD SERVICE STILL NO PRODUCT

Place an order on the website 11/09/2013. Paid and emailed proof of payment the same day - received no feedback on when product will reach me - not even a confirmation that they received my order. Order form said if send with speed services will take 3-5 days from receiving bank proof. Each time I phone Elizabeth she tells me it will be at the post office the next day. First it was on the 19th, the on the 23rd, now on the 27th. Today she put the phone down in my ear twice. Not answering at all and when she eventually phoned me back all of a sudden they had no stock... and not once did she phone to lett me know of anything I had to phone her. Shocking customer service, not keeping the customer in the loop. Just chocking overall. Bad experience. I will never ever order anything from this lady again. Please be aware
