Really bad service

I ordered some items from their online shop, firstly the colour (advertised) were not available, so I ordered the colour that was available from the supplier. I placed the order and paid on the 15th of August 2013. Till today I have not received my parcel yet. On Monday 23 September 2013 I requested my money back, but was told in one line e-mail that it was sent via courier last week. I have not received anything! No tracking number, no explanation, no parcel, and now it seems I am going to have to fight to get my money back too! It is a R 3000.00 order. It is such a nice website - I expected better service.
