Technicians from Aerial Installationz did an installation using my Drill set, they broke the guide bar, and gouged the chuck right round, they then failed to mention it, returned the drill to the box for me to find later.
After repeated emails and calls to the Headoffice to report the matter, there was absolutely NO response and all emails were ignored. To replace the chuck would cost as much as the installation! I now sit with damaged equipment after the technicians either did not have the correct tools, or were not bothered to use their own...
